Our mission is to enable people to overcome obstacles and barriers through strength and movement.  We want to give you the tools and confidence to live life to it's fullest potential.

Getting strong physically is just one of the benefits of working with Crux Training. We also get you stronger psychologically. Constantly challenging the body and mind to break through limits you never thought were possible.

Our coaches have such a wide variety of skills to share including power lifting to get you strong, olympic lifting to get you explosive and  gymnastics to get you mobile.

Our weightlifting and gymnastics guru. He has a big focus on quality movement and mobility to help people move more freely painlessly.  

MIKAELA BRIGGS

Powerlifter. Strength Coach. Softball. Grid Iron. What can't she do? Mikaela is our head strength & conditioning coach with vast experience in team orientated sports as well as powerlifting. She can get you strong, fit and feeling better then ever before!
