OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
Ideal for experienced athletes looking to advance their technique, this strength-focused group training experience is perfect for those looking to shake up their basic ‘squat, bench, deadlift’ routine. Challenging the mind through skills-focused exercises, Crux Olympic teaches you how to generate more explosive power with advanced technical movements like the snatch and clean and jerk.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
We take the best from the worlds of bodybuilding and strength and conditioning to create one blended program. This program works to increase your strength, build more muscle, decrease body fat and increase fitness. Our hybrid approach not only gives you variety in your training but the small group experience allows us to modify exercises to suit your individual needs.

GYMNASTICS
This is the foundation of functional movement. Learn to master the skills to move freely and with purpose. Our Gymnastics class will have you reaching new limits you thought "impossible". Increase your bodyweight strength, flexibility and balance through movements such as handstands, muscle ups, bridges, L sits and levers with each element broken down into easier regressions - this class caters to people of all abilities.
